We have two options for online payment. Either directly through our secure gateway or with Paypal.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account.
When you checkout items on our website, you can either:
- Process the payment directly through our website with your credit card so your order is safe and secure. We do not receive your credit card number.
- Pay using your PayPal account OR
- Pay by credit card without signing-up/logging in with PayPal. Just follow the “Don’t have a PayPal account” Here you can also pay by Visa or Mastercard.
If you do not want to pay through our website you can contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name(s) including the size and colour and we will send you a confirmation email including payment details within 24 hours.
You’re welcome to make payment via direct bank transfer. Email us at email@example.com with details of the product/s plus quantity and we’ll forward through the payment details.

Stunning Walls has the right to change their prices without notice.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the Stunning Walls Team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email our online team at email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. We may require a photo to be sent if the fault is visible.
All Decals MUST be returned unused in the state of which they were posted with the dot/mural/decal, backing paper, application paper and extras still in their original condition.
If the item(s) is faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the costs of returning the item(s) to Stunning Walls and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item(s). If we ask you to return an item(s), please repackage your item(s) as securely as possible. You are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. Stunning Walls does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We will contact you once we have received the item(s).
All custom design and custom Wall Dot or Mural / Decal orders and sale items are final; no refunds, exchanges or credits available. Items returned are at buyers cost and exchanged items will incur an additional re-delivery charge.
All returns purchased by vouchers or on sale within the 30 days will be exchanged with a shop credit of the same amount.
Allow three weeks drying time for all freshly painted walls (this allows the paint to cure correctly).
Please check to see if your wall has a Wash’n’Wear paint finish before purchasing Dots or Decals as these painted surfaces will reject any adhesive fabric or vinyl from adhering. We do not offer refunds if you try to apply your decal to a Wash’n’Wear painted surface for this reason.

Stunning Walls reserves the right to refuse any digital images provided to us where there is any question about copyright and/or ownership.
Please be certain that the material you upload to our servers fits into one of the following categories:
- Your own: You created this photograph/image meaning you own all rights to it.
- Freely licensed: You can prove (if asked) that the copyright holder has released the image under an acceptable free license.
- Public domain: You can prove (if asked) that the photograph/image is in the public domain. i.e. free of all copyrights.
- Fair use: You believe that the image meets the special conditions for non-free content.
When in doubt, do not upload copyrighted material.

We will not accept any images that may be regarded as offensive or obscene. We will refuse to use any images that we think will not produce top quality prints. We will refund you in full if the images you provide cannot be printed.
Some examples of images we will not accept are:
- Resolution issues
- Colour issues (too dark to see properly, etc.)
- Unnecessary nudity.
- Vulgar language.
- Offensive language or designs.
If your images are rejected we will let you know by email – if you do not agree with our rejection, please feel free to reply and explain why you want the order fulfilled – we will do our best to come to a conclusion both parties are happy with.
We will keep all digital images for one month after you receive your print, in order to cover any contingencies unless we are requested otherwise. We will not accept any liability whatsoever for any losses or damages to images stored by us. That being said, we strongly urge you to make sure you have copies of the image you upload to our servers because after a month, the image will be deleted from our servers.
Colours previewed onscreen either via an existing shop item, custom Wall Dot upload or custom design order may vary slightly from the print colour. It is common knowledge that various screens, mobiles and portable devices can display colours differently, relative to screen settings (contrast, brightness, resolution etc).
At Stunning Walls we can not guarantee that your print will exactly match your request, but the upmost care is taken to ensure the appropriate attention to detail is put in place to produce a stunning Wall Dot, Mural or Decal. If we feel your file is not appropriate for print we will contact you to resolve the issue.
